KP Governor Faisal Karim Kundi said new provinces should be created on the basis of **rights, not political interests**, and stakeholders must be taken on board. He noted the government repeatedly talks about dialogue, while the other side fuels chaos, and said PTI’s talks should not be treated as “blackmail.” He also urged federal and provincial governments to jointly work on **irrigating lands from Kohat to D.I. Khan**.
